HR Advisor

**Position**: Temporary HR Advisor (3-Months)

**Location**: Lockerbie, Scotland

**Salary and Hours**:

- Hourly Rate: £20 per hour
- Contract Duration: 3 months
- Part-Time: 2-3 days per week
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Role Overview**: As a Temporary HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing HR support to our team, focusing on absence management, investigations, disciplinary processes, and day-to-day employee relations issues. This position offers the flexibility of part-time hours, working 2-3 days per week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting absence reviews and implementing strategies to manage absences.
- Leading investigations into employee grievances, complaints, or disciplinary matters, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.
- Providing guidance and support to managers on disciplinary procedures, including documentation.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Advising managers on employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role, with knowledge of absence management, investigations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
