Downloading information from Online Portals. i.e (Asite, Viewpoint, Acconex)
- Computer Literate (Working with PDF, Excel)
- Organising Folders - Re naming Folders
- Using the internet to download MEP information
- Typing
- Data input
- Compiling Schedules
- Contacting Clients / Manufactures for more information
- Answering / making phone calls
- Obtaining Technical documentation from manufactures
- Researching on internet for documentation
- Creating documents in Excel & Word
- Combining documents into PDF from word & excel
- Tracking Office projects
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Performing other relevant duties when required
**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour
