**As a Senior Scrum Master you will**:

- know how to guide the teams, working with other Scrum Masters and Agilists in the organisation,to keep evolving their agility
- dive into the challenges inherent in an environment where teams work on different long and short-term projects, for different clients, simultaneously
- work with the Developers and Product Owners, with the ability to to take a step back and figure out how the organisation needs to evolve
- help the Developers and Product Owners with facilitation techniques and structures that include, and unleash the potential of everyone involved
- know your way in an Agile organisation, and have hands-on experience in working with Agile teams
- be comfortable identifying and assisting the resolution of interference, distractions, impediments and establishing continuous improvement
- successfully deliver high quality solutions together with the Developers, the Product Owner and our clients
- play an active role in our Agile Center of Excellence (ACE) where we work together in the Agile evolution of Merapar through co-creation, gamification, facilitating workshops and training

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- several years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or team coach in an Agile Software Development Environment.
- achieved at least your PSM-II certification or similar
- experience in the software engineering industry
- able to work with multiple teams
- able to motivate the teams
- excellent knowledge of English with first-rate verbal and written communication skills
- eligible to work in the UK

This is a full-time position based in the UK. As we do not have a UK office, you are able to work from home as appropriate but should be prepared to commute to clients on a regular basis if required.

Most of our clients have adopted hybrid working practices and support flexible working, though the split between office and home working will vary. If you have any concerns or specific needs we will be happy to discuss flexible working arrangements further.
