Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a
. As a
, you will play a crucial role in lead generation, relationship management, and HRIS administration. You will work closely with the HR team to support various HR initiatives and ensure smooth operations.
Responsible for collating weekly timesheets & staff placements as well as building a database for new & existing staff members
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks as needed
**Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, and ATS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with relationship management and building strong professional networks
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in social media management for recruitment purposes
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
