**The Role**:
As the **Expert Liaison Administration Officer **you will be a crucial part of the Account Manager support network which means you must be highly organised and operationally efficient. You must also possess strong MS Office skills, excellent communication skills and be a team player.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactive recruitment of providers
- Ensuring all providers are suitably qualified and hold relevant licenses
- Reviewing gaps within the network and undertaking strategic recruitment
- Building relationships with providers and ensuring they achieve the companies expected service level requirements in terms of service and quality
- Fee Negotiation and cost management
- Database maintenance
- Ensuring that we meet all requirements and targets for our Medco providers
- Ensuring all medical experts have contracts in place and are complying to service level agreements

**Package**:

- Salary £22,248.00
- 37.5 Hours Mon - Fri
- Company Stakeholder Pension
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holiday
