**Head of People Services |** Leicestershire | Hybrid | Salary is totally dependent on experience
We are looking to recruit an experienced **Head of People** or a Senior **HR Business Partner** to join an expanding SMB that has a great culture and really nice working environment.Reporting in to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for building an organisation (along side the Senior Leadership Team)that attracts and retains people with the right skills and values for the business.
You will build an effective **People Strategy** that is aligned to the current and future needs of the business.Leading on the delivery and continuous improvement of high calibre, professional and efficient HR services.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for:
Experience in a similar role, managing a **HR** team, delivering best practice **HR** in a complex, political and multi-stakeholder environment.
Experience in a **Generalist HR** role including **Reward** and **Training deign** and delivery.
It would be great if you had organisation design, joint ventures/mergers and acquisition, TUPE experience.
You will certainly have the ability to inspire commitment and engagement to the **people strategy** across all levels in the organisation.you will be commercially focused with sensitivity, diplomacy and discretion.You will have resilience, drive and persistence in overcoming obstacles and be committed to professional and personalself-development for improving performance.
