The opportunity has arisen for a keen and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in Northampton.

Working in a busy head office, you will support the Property & Accounts Manager with the efficient administration of the company, including any associated companies with particular reference to the maintaining of the staff and resident software, and timesheets. The role will also include supporting colleagues in the office by sharing telephone, reception, post and similar duties. As you will be dealing with customers, employees, visitors and suppliers on the telephone, and in person, a professional yet friendly and outgoing personality is essential, as is the ability to work on your own initiative.

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data entry via the Company software, including resident and staff records
- Assist in updating and maintaining training records for staff
- Check employee timesheets and make amendments as required
- Assist in resolving issues employees have with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters
- Maintain office filing and record-keeping systems, both electronic and physical.
- Support the payroll team as necessary for wages and monthly salaries if required.
- Any other relevant duties commensurate with capacity and experience as delegated by your Manager
- Other office administrative duties as and when requested.

**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
- Previous experience in a similar industry or field.
- Familiarity with office management software and systems.
- Knowledge of data privacy standards and regulations.
- Appropriate training relevant to the role will be provided
