Recruitment Specialist

Recruitment Specialist - Bootle - Permanent - £400 daily (Inside IR35)

Advanced Resource Managers are hiring for a Recruitment Specialist to join their Public Sector client in Bootle.

To be successful in this role you will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified and have previous in-house experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside key areas of the business to establish recruitment needs and solutions.
- Develop relationships with key business partners, advising on best practice.
- Measure the successes and activities of recruitment solutions and services
- Collaborate with Reward & Recognition Hub to conduct market and competitor research, ensuring the business remains competitive.
- Liaise with Learning and Organisational Development hub to design, implement, and deliver talent attraction strategies and colleague development initiatives.
- Manage and ensure maximum effectiveness of recruitment budgets.

**Requirements**:

- CIPD Level 5 Qualified
- Previous experience demonstrating a strong level of recruitment and employment law knowledge
- Champion of recruitment best practice and procedures, with the ability to influence this across key areas of the business
- Experienced with developing and implementing approaches within a complex organisation
- Willingness to commit to continued personal development
- Experience using CV databases and LinkedIn
- Strong IT skills, including with a HR system.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders across the business.
