This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic CRM Marketing Executive to join our friendly team at Oak Furnitureland. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in our Swindon head office (Tuesday and Thursday) and 3 days from home.

As the CRM Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging experiences and driving innovation in our customer communications.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To build a working relationship with the Klaviyo support team to expedite development requests & daily issues
- Accountable for the delivering a best-in-class approach to deliverability

**Essential Skills**:

- Previous CRM/ESP experience in digital B2C businesses
- Technical experience with ESP/CRM 3rd party platform suppliers
- Good understanding of Google Analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiasm, ability and energy to operate in a fast paced environment whilst ensuring high standards of work. Attention to detail is crucial in the position.
- High degree of initiative and an excellent team player
