Device Tester / Order Fulfilment Executive
**Reporting to: Sales & Operations Director**
Due to the growth of First2HelpYou a new role has become available. The functions of this role support compliance to all relevant standards, including BS8484.
This is a very fluid role which will include trial management, customer service enquiries and a strong technical focus.
- Configure and test devices to fulfil new / additional orders in line with client’s specifications and timeframes
- Tech support - React to client/user needs to ensure each user has a fully functioning device and all user details are correct.
- Liaise with 3rd party support: System development / Service support
- Data input - setting up of new devices / managing existing clients device estate and any updates as required
- Stock management - Ensuring that sufficient stock is held at all times
- Sim management - Ordering / and updating Sim Status as required.
- Device Management - Replacement devices / Returned stock
- Ensures all products meet the relevant standards at all times
- Running and compiling reports to customer specification
- Good working knowledge of all elements of MS Office
- Respond to all client queries, either directly or by escalating to appropriate colleague
- Occasional remote out of hours support may be required
- Any other reasonable duties as required
Due to business needs and anticipated growth you may be expected to support the organisation in alternative duties / roles as requested by the Sales & Operations Director.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
