Halesowen College is seeking to appoint a member of staff who will oversee and manage all aspects of safeguarding within the College. You will have knowledge and understanding of current safeguarding legislation and the ability to ensure that we are compliant with relevant legislation and guidelines and will promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.

You will have significant experience of working in a safeguarding role within an educational setting as well as experience of leading a team. Strong communication skills are required for this role as well as a proven track record of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the provision.
