**The Roll**:
As a Business Software Consultant, (BSC) you will hold responsibility for outbound & Inbound sales prospecting. Your work will be built around generating and qualifying new leads and booking fully qualified appointments for the BSM (Business Sales Manager) to then reach out and sell the business's software and provide a demonstration of how this works to prospects.

**Job Role Expectations**:

- Ensure pipeline is managed daily to promote a dynamic, fast-paced sale journey
- Leading from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings via your dedicated BSM
- Work with autonomy to structure your day so that performance is optimized.
- To be an expert in our products and services to ensure a solution lead & consultative approach to sales.
- Be a trusted adviser to ensure a consultative and solution lead approach to product proposals.
- To engage and communicate professionally with decision-makers at a senior level.
- To add value by positively and enthusiastically discussing our company, brand, values, and products & services to ensure that a professional image is always provided to customers and colleagues.
- Self-generate opportunity through social selling and prospect/client referrals
- Achieving targets and business objectives in a fully compliant manner
- Providing support at exhibitions and trade shows both UK and Abroad when required.

**Bonus/Commission**:

- Basic Salary between 30-40k
- Uncapped commission
- Monthly and quarterly incentives
