Community Care Direct is a well-established and highly respected local independent care provider, working in unison with service users to provide high quality care in their own homes. Through regular close contact, we aim to provide person centred care which adapts to the evolving care needs of our service users.

Working under the direction of the care manager and Care Coordinators you will be supporting service users in their own homes, ensuring safe and effective care is given.

We are currently looking to expand our team and have three vacancies for home care support workers. The following is not an exhaustive list.

**Duties and responsibilities to include: -**
- To provide high quality care which will include the provision of personal, social and domestic care as documented in the clients individual support.
- To work within Health and Safety regulations.
- To respect confidentiality at all times.
- To provide a safe environment for service users.
- To carry out light domestic duties.

**Salary: -**

From £12 per hour.
