Smart Raspberry West London is a small business in the After School Care industry. We are fun, creative and engaging, and our goal is to provide children with fun and exciting After-School Cookery Classes.

Smart Raspberry West London are now looking for a FUN and ENTHUSIASTIC individual who has passion for food and teaching, to join our team and coordinate after school cookery clubs and holiday camps across all of our partner schools.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with schools to arrange and manage after-school clubs, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication.
- Oversee day-to-day staff management, providing support, guidance, and direction to ensure clubs run efficiently.
- Deliver daily engaging and interactive cookery clubs during term-time.
- Organise and conduct staff training days to enhance skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operation of after-school clubs, including scheduling, arranging kit and ingredient drop offs to all teachers, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Develop engaging and creative holiday camps, designing programs that inspire learning and fun for children.
- Occasional assisting of holiday camps.
- Engage in school outreach activities to establish and schedule new after-school clubs.
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of company policies and internal procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across all activities.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience in coordinating after-school programs or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with schools, staff, and parents.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Creativity and innovation in program development, with a focus on providing engaging experiences for children.
- Knowledge of child safety regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with cookery or educational programs is advantageous but not essential.
