**Working Days and Hours**:Monday to Fridayworking, 8.00am to 4.00pm, 37.5 hours per week

**Pay Rates**:£10.69 paye inclusive per hour
- This is similar to the Health Records role but have slightly more admin (answering phones and liaising with people) rather than filing.
- There will be lifting involved - boxes of us to 15kg each.
- The postholder will be responsible for providing general assistance to the Clinical Coding Team through visiting wards on a daily basis to collect medical records following patient discharge
- Tracking paper case notes
- Locating and collating missing source material such as missing case notes, paperwork and histology reports
- Answering telephones and dealing with general enquires.

Are you physically capable of lifting boxes of 15kg regularly? Essential
