**About the Role**:

In this role you will lead the Property Department, developing teams to achieve a high standard of service across a range of functions including maintenance, housekeeping, health & safety, security, and reception. You will play a strategic role defining and delivering a Property Strategy in liaison with key stakeholders ensuring the effective management and use of buildings across this diverse estate. As a head of department, you will work collaboratively with colleagues across the College to support and achieve institutional priorities.
