We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. Opened in 2018, Delamina is a busy restaurant serving seasonal dishes inspired by the owners’ Eastern Mediterranean home cooking, for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The restaurant has about 75 covers on ground and basement floors and outdoors.

There is a long dispense bar close to the entrance, where we serve innovative house and classic cocktails alongside an exciting wine list. Last orders are at 10pm so the evening shift is usually finished at around midnight. You will have the opportunity to train in stock taking and planning, costings and cocktail development, as well as in wine knowledge.

You will be working alongside an experienced group of managers who will mentor and develop your skills. We have a relaxed ambience and service is warm and friendly. The front of house team is passionate about customer service, combining professional standards with a warm and personal style. The team has excellent knowledge of the cuisine and works seamlessly with the kitchen brigade, resulting in a fun and supportive working environment.

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour
