**Bartender - New Opening Casual High End Restaurant in Marylebone**

Amazing opportunity to work in one of the opening of the year, a casual high-end Modern bistro with a refined sharing concept and a cosy vibe.

The vision of the opening team is to make this new opening venue into a neighbourhood restaurant where people come to share good food in a friendly, family atmosphere. The kitchen is going to be progressive yet ‘homey’ focused on quality rather than quantity.

The drinks list is going to include a generous cocktail list and a variety of wines both from the new world and old world.

**The successful Bartender**:

- Has relevant Bartender experience in a high-end setting
- Is friendly and approachable with a genuine passion for drinks and cocktails
- Has intuition and knowledge - especially of the bigger picture vs minutiae and unimportant details
- Can provide excellent service to guests
- Has a ‘can do’ attitude and a flexible approach
- Is able to work in a high pressurised environment
