VBC Premier Blinds is an established family run business specialising in the manufacture and supply of quality Window Blinds and Shutters. Due to Expansion we are seeking 2 experienced Sales Advisors / Administrators to join our team and to be based at our upcoming new showroom on the High Street in Oakham.

The role involves interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with our retail customers in a pleasant and informed manner.

Full and part time positions available including Saturdays - 9.00am to 1.00pm & Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

The vacancy would suit applicants that are looking for a flexible and interesting permanent position and would enjoy undertaking a wide range of tasks in a pleasant and friendly working environment.

**The Role**
- Offering advice to our customers on Window Blind Selection
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Telephone and face to face enquirys

**Requirements**:

- General computer skills including experience of Word, Excel & Outlook
- Retail sales experience and any previous experience with soft furnishings would be an advantage.
- Clear and polite oral & written communication
- Have some basic understanding of metric and imperial measurements

With up 23 days holiday entitlement, plus Statuary Bank Holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakham, LE15 6DU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
