Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a small finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Conduct KPI analysis on key financial metrics such as revenue, gross margin, productivity, standard cost, and other financial performance indicators
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that financial plans align with business objectives and targets
- Act as a key business partner to non-finance stakeholders, providing financial analysis and support to help drive decision-making and business growth
- Ensure timely completion of statutory accounts and other regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

- CIMA/ACCA Qualified with proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing business
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Experience in managing a small finance team and working collaboratively with non-finance stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
