Product Admin Assistant

Due to a continued period of growth there will soon be further integration across the Cass Art Group and the Cass Art Website will be expanding. With this expansion, the Buying and Ecommerce Teams require support from a Product Admin Assistant. This is a temporary role, full time for 3 months, based in our London Islington Head Office.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)**:

- Manage the end-to-end department critical path for all products in the new ecomm product launch.
- Responsible for compiling and uploading all new product information and technical specifications onto the systems, ensuring that all information is accurate, complete, and formatted according to Cass Art eComm agreed standards.
- Request and manage all product safety data sheets from suppliers where required.
- Ensure that new suppliers are set up on the system correctly.
- Source high-quality product images based on internal guidelines, from our supply base and gain approval from eComm and Design.
- Co-ordinate any additional product photography requirement, including samples.
- Prepare product descriptions for sign off for our eComm site.
- Utilize our management systems to upload product information, including descriptions, specifications, and imagery.
- Categorize and tag products accurately for optimal searchability on our website.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues encountered during the upload process and communicate them to the designated team for resolution.
- Meticulously review all uploaded data for accuracy and consistency.
- Proofread product descriptions and specifications for typos and grammatical errors.
- Ensure image quality meets our standards and optimize them for website performance.

**Desired Knowledge Skills & Experience**:

- Experience of using excel with a knowledge of excel formulae in particular v-lookups and pivot tables.
- An understanding of/ or experience of working within Art Products
- Able to manage their own diary to achieve priorities within timescales.
- Attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
