**Telesales Advisor Position - **_Unlock Your Sales Potential_****:
**The Role**:
Our dynamic sales team is in search of an enthusiastic Telesales Advisor who is ready to take their sales career to the next level. As a Telesales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients over the phone and introducing them to our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with prospective clients via outbound calls to introduce our offerings and identify their needs.
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to spark interest and generate sales leads.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to establish a solid pipeline of opportunities.
- Accurately log all interactions and sales activities into our CRM system for future follow-up and analysis.
- Meet and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

- The ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently.

**Salary & Benefits**:
- **Starting salary: £22,000 per annum**:
- **On target earnings (OTE) significantly higher based on performance and sales generated.**:
- **Additional benefits including team incentives, social activities and early darts.**
**Schedule**:
- This is a full-time role
- Between 8-7 Monday - Friday (Early Dart on Friday.
**Location**:_This position is based in our modern office located in Bury, with convenient access to public transportation and local amenities._
