**What are the main responsibilities of this role?**

A flexible role to assist multiple areas across the site. Maintain a high standard of service while assisting the various departments in the smooth running of the on-site operations. Provide support across departments during busy periods and events
- Assist the Events Manager with Events set up and stewarding providing a high-quality service.
- Assist with the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently.
- Assist with all aspects of health and safety for events, including risk assessments, are undertaken and implemented.
- Café -Support including table service, washing up, barista (training available) and till use Cleaning -Cover for areas within the café, toilets and office. Retail -Cover for Shop Assistants. Till use, rotating stock and pricing items Admin -Supporting basic administrative duties

- Outstanding communication and Customer Service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills & multi tasker.
- Flexible, proactive with good attention to detail.
- Basic administration skills
- Provide support across departments during busy periods and events
- Availability across some weekends, school holidays and bank holidays
