We have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Mobilisation Support Worker to join a small and dedicated mobilisation team
The primary purpose of the mobilisation team is to set up and deliver a package of care to a new client, in the most efficient and effective way, to ensure we can meet the needs of new business and deliver quality care to new packages we take on.
The secondary purpose of the mobilisation team, is to provide rapid staffing contingency to existing packages, in the event of staffing shortfalls, to ensure full service delivery and avoid the requirement for secondary agency provision.
**Key Responsibilities**:
The mobilisation support workers will be highly skilled and work within a ‘roaming’ team, who will need to move around the country to support in the delivery of new business mobilisation and existing business contingency, ensuring that the client's needs are met, and support is in place, ready to handover to local teams once recruited and embedded.
**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Requirements**:A full UK drivers license and access to your own vehicle is essential
- The role will involve travelling to areas outside of your locality
- Genuine desire and passion to make a difference
- Ensuring clients needs are met
- Closely supervise new support workers
- Work collaboratively with our clinical, quality and all other support functions
- Provide updates and information required or requested by external professionals
