Your new role
Working closely with the operations manager, you will assume responsibility for the commercial administration in accordance with business values, reporting, and performance on one major project or a number of smaller ones. You will have the potential to workon some of the most interesting projects in the UK as one of the top principle contractors, giving you stability as well as the possibility to push your abilities and accomplish long-held career ambitions. You will be a part of various teams that are exceptionallycommitted and operate at a high degree of professionalism. As the Commercial Manager in the Building sector, you will demonstrate the key necessities of being a commercial manager, with the ability to manage several teams, lead by example, competent, review,analyse and present project KPI's, conduct meetings with key clients, managing and finalising the end amount for every project.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to come from a tier 1 or 2 contracting background with ideally a number of years as a leading QS/Commercial Manager. It is essential that you are an integral part of the team and can demonstrate leading and inspiring others. The openness of travellingto and from different sites, across Yorkshire and the North East.

- Firm understanding of standard forms of contracts
