**Join Our Team as a Senior Marketing Executive at Tru-Tension**

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for branding? Tru-Tension (Dragons' Den Winners), a trailblazing and rapidly expanding bicycle accessories company, is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Executive to join our innovative team.

**About the Role**:
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be a key player in shaping the brand's creative vision. Your responsibilities will span multiple areas, from branding to customer touchpoints, requiring a dynamic 'can do' attitude and a willingness to engage in diverse design tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Packaging Design & Brand Management**:

- Oversee the entire product packaging process, from initial design to supplier coordination.
- Develop branding and iconography that align with product design and marketing strategies.
- Create illustrations for user guides and technical specifications to enhance customer experience.
- Contribute to our eco-friendly initiatives by promoting sustainable packaging solutions.

**Advertising**
- Create and manage online marketing campaigns

**Creative Identity**:

- Collaborate with the founders to refine and develop the company's creative identity.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 'Brand Bible' to support our ambitious growth plans.
- Ensure consistency in creative content across all teams.
- Support the creation and production of graphic artwork as needed.

**Web Design & Content Creation**:

- Work with the content creators to ensure top-notch design across web and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to produce fresh, on-brand content.
- Develop tools and templates that align with the brand identity for use throughout the business.
- Manage a social media executive to develop and implement world class campaigns domestically and internationally.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Exceptional graphic design skills.
- Strong brand identity development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
- Passion for bikes, motorcycles, and outdoor sports is a plus.

**Location & Flexibility**: Tru-Tension’s headquarters are in Backwell just outside of Bristol, UK. This role is primarily office-based, with flexibility for remote work depending on experience and location.

**Compensation**: Salary and hours are dependent on experience.
