**B2C Senior Marketing Executive**

**Permanent - part-time - 3 days a week**

**Hybrid role with travel to Bristol 1-2 times a month**

**The Role**

As the Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Managers and our Creative Team to develop and implement marketing strategies that attract new patients and retain existing ones. You’ll help develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audiences as you plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels.

This is a busy, interesting role that touches many areas of the business and has exposure to many marketing disciplines.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Marketing Manager in the delivery of the annual marketing plan to help deliver business growth objectives
- Work with a cross-functional team to create and deliver a programme of promotion for the Dental Care products with a strong focus on ROI.
- Support in the development and delivery of the marketing plan for general dentistry and new patient recruitment.
- Contribute to ad hoc project work across the commercial team, as required, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead the creation and implementation of MarComms within the UK & ROI, working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Champion Bupa’s full product range, the brand, the customer, and their needs through all communications
- Work collaboratively with the creative, digital, and local marketing teams to deliver engaging, integrated activity.
- Evaluate brand marketing and communications to recommend continuous improvement and development.
- Be responsible for developing and managing the content plan for Practice TV advertising, with consistent, on-brand communications that reflects and support the commercial roadmap.
- Support the Regional Marketing Managers with artwork creation at a local level. Be expert approver for local marketing assets and provide guidance in production where needed.
- Maintain and improve toolkits for the local marketing team.
- Stakeholder engagement - Pro-actively engage with Area Managers, Practices, Product, and Clinical to foster better working relationships. Attend meetings with key stakeholders within BDC to understand current up sell and cross sell activity and identify future opportunities to drive customer revenue.
- Present marketing plans at wider company meeting, gain feedback and executional insight.
- Data analysis - Assist with the development of a knowledge base of the environment in which our products exist, including any customer, competitor, legal, technological and social changes to ensure business opportunities are not lost.
- Analyse marketing metrics and use data to optimise campaigns and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Support in the data analysis and insights for General Dentistry, Orthodontics and Implants consumer and market trends to facilitate sector insight for the Marketing team.
- Customer Relationship Management - Working with the CRM team, update service CRM and keep current.

**Skills/Expereince**
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent
- At least 5 years marketing experience
- Strong commercial marketing experience with evidence of delivering results through direct response campaigns.
- Strong experience of interagency working across creative, digital and media buying.
- An understanding of customer touch points across the whole marketing mix.
- Campaign management experience - briefing to implementation
- Budget management experience

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive persuasive manner, capable of influencing others.
- A good eye for design
- Sound analytical and numerical skills required to be able to make commercial decisions to positively impact the bottom line.
- Confident communicator - able to clearly communicate at all levels
- Pro-active self starter with a can-do attitude; uses initiative to make things happen
- Effective team player
