**Experienced Conveyancer - New Office

Southampton, Hampshire
Experienced Conveyancer required for an established and growing UK practice - long term business planning with substantial support and new business opportunities**:

A firm with a great reputation and growing market share of the UK conveyancing sector. With recently secured local new agent relationships plus an extensive existing client book of successful names in residential property the Southampton office provides a genuinelyrare opportunity for an experienced conveyancer (solicitor, CLCL, CILEx) to capitalise on and grow further with the firm.
- You may have moved within the last 18 months or so, for any number of valid reasons and had one or two thoughts on the wisdom of that move ?
- Possibly you may be thinking that being last in at your current firm with a 'predicted' downturn in business expected for 2023 that your position might be the first to come under the spotlight?
- You may simply have been looking for an opportunity that could actually offer a genuine and significant change to your current scenario ?

This position would suit any qualified conveyancer (CLC, Solicitor or FCILEx) who considers themselves to be organised and competent. You would also have a genuine desire to succeed and some drive and motivation, of course
The firm are keen to speak to conveyancers who consider themselves competent and confident in managing their own caseload in an efficient manner. The salary on offer will be in line with experience and a very well established, competitive and achievable bonusstructure also exists.
