In-House Conveyancer

Given their impressive recent expansion, this innovative Property company is seeking an ambitious Conveyancing Solicitor to join its swiftly expanding in-house legal department. You'll collaborate closely with the General Counsel, concentrating on various Property issues.

Responsibilities

The business is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join their high-performing in-house legal team. You will run your own conveyancing caseload, whilst reporting to the General Counsel and working closely alongside the Conveyancing Assistant.

You will be liaising with a range of clients, including solicitors and estate agents. It will also be your duty to maintain communication with panel members and external parties, ensuring compliance with their SLAs and meeting their specific requirements.

You will be utilising case management systems, using the Land Registry Portal, and complying with AML legislation, CQS requirements and much more. You will work closely with the Senior Conveyancing Manager and the wider senior management team on a range of property matters. This includes staying informed about updates within the business and among referral partners.

Requirements
