**Donor Centre Administrator**

**Job Summary**

To join the team, you’ll need experience of managing a busy office in a service or people-focused environment, maintaining electronic and paper-based records and processing documentation. All round administration skills with a good grasp of Microsoft Office, Spreadsheets and Databases. With excellent organisational and prioritising skills, you should be a relationship-builder with a positive, flexible approach to your work.

**About the Role**
- You will be working as part of a team to ensure that enough donor appointments are booked to collect the required blood groups on a daily basis to ensure patient requirements are met

You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the donor centre to ensure the overall provision of a high quality and value for money service

**About You**

**Experience and Knowledge**
- Experience of maintaining extensive records in both paper and electronic format in a way that allows others to quickly retrieve information
- Experience of working and complying with standard procedures and confidential information
- Experience of working in a high paced, customer focussed environment
- Knowledge of organising and prioritising a busy and varied workload

**Qualifications and Training**
- Educated to NVQ level 3 in Customer Service, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate commitment to own Continued Professional Development (CPD).
