**Job Overview**

We are looking for an Administrator to join a highly dynamic environment in our well-established accountancy practice. We are looking for somebody who is a team player, self-motivated and able to multi-task. The post will be working closely with Senior Managers and Directors of the practice. The post also has the potential to expand into the completion and management of various company secretarial matters (with training).

**Main duties include**:

- Generation of various letters and correspondence for clients.
- Maintenance of stationery supplies (including orders).
- Management of post received and sent.
- Management of Filing system.
- Database management and maintenance.
- Providing support to Senior Client Manager and Directors.
- Assisting clients with various adhoc queries.
- Reception duties including meet and greet of clients.
- General office support (expected with any office role).

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Good knowledge of MS Word.
- Good knowledge of MS Outlook.
- Good experience dealing with administrative duties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- An aptitude for attention to detail.

£22,000 - 26,000 FTE (Pro rata)
