Eventus Legal are seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm in Berkshire.

**Role Responsibilities**

The incoming Real estate Solicitor will be able manage their own caseload of a broad range of commercial property transactions including:

- Landlord & Tenant
- Estate Management
- Acquisitions & Disposal
- Easements
- Agricultural work
- Corporate support

**Person Specification**

Applications are sought from real Estate Solicitors of 2 years PQE with experience handling a similar caseload to that mentioned above.

You will be:

- Team player as the team is a great size with all levels of fee earners and non
- fee earners within
- Strong communicator
- Goal orientated
- Client focussed
