**About The Role**

This is a full time position of an average of 30 hours a week plus alternate weekends on call. these hours are based on a shift plan of week 1 Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun and week 2 working Wed, Thurs, Fri.

The supervisors must be available from 7 am and until 10pm on their days of work however between 1pm and 4pm is down time.

This is a field based role. a phone an tablet will be supplied. Participation in the on call rota (alternate weekends)and covering care calls is required, additional care calls will be paid at the usual hourly rate and you will work opposite a senior care supervisor who will support you in your role

Essential requirements

NVQ 3 with a minimum of 3 years care experience

full driving license & use of a car

Understanding of legislation concerned with care provision

Experience of working as a supervisor within the health and social care sector.

**Salary**: £21,294.00 per year

**Required Criteria**
- must have supervisory experience
- must be a driver and have access to your own car
- minimum of 2 years experience delivering care

They must also complete a number of shifts with a supervisor to make sure they’re competent at following care plans and delivering the required level of care.

New recruits will also be working on achieving their diploma/NVQ qualification in care, which takes between 6 and 9 months to complete.
