Your duties will include:
Answering the Telephones.

Scheduling work

Liasing with customers and gaining authorisation for repairs through customers online portals

Updating customers of progress

Preparing customer invoices.

Skills required:
The ability to gather technical information and relay it back to customers

Experience in microsoft packages

The ability to multi task

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
