As an Operations Support Administrator, you will be our clients and partners' first point of contact. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming phone calls, enquiries, and requests promptly and professionally. Your exceptional customer service skills will play a vital role in delivering a positive and efficient experience for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and addressing their concerns effectively.
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring efficient communication flow.
- Maintain a detailed record of all incoming and outgoing communications, escalation of support tickets and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the management team, as needed.
- Assist in general office tasks, including data entry, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
- Knowledge of fire and security systems or industry experience is a plus, but not required.
