**About the role**

We are looking for a proactive and personable Administrative Assistant to join our small, supportive Medical Records Team at Nobles Hospital

After your initial induction training, you will work on a rota which includes preparing documents for the scanner and performing quality assurance of the scanned images, answering queries in person or by telephone, and retrieving folders from all hospital wards and transporting them to the Medical Records Department. This demanding role requires flexibility, adaptability and enthusiasm in order to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
