**About the role and our team**

We are seeking a proactive and personable Administrative Assistant to join our Medical Records Team at Noble’s Hospital

You will play a key role in ensuring patient documents are prepared and scanned into the Hospital's Electronic Medical Record.

After your initial induction training, you will work on a rota which includes:

- Preparing documents for the scanner
- Performing quality assurance of scanned images
- Updating patient demographics on the Patient Administration System
- Answering queries in person or by telephone from patients or staff members
- Retrieving folders from all hospital wards and transporting them to the Medical Records Department for prepping and scanning

This demanding role requires flexibility, adaptability and enthusiasm in order to meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Please note a basic police check is required for this post,** **which Manx Care will cover the cost of for you. A relocation package and interview expenses are not available for this role.
