Working for a growing and successful business based in Newmarket, with a global reach who are looking to appoint this role to help deliver to current clients and also develop the brand in order to expand their offerings to new clients.

This is a very involved role that requires someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in a very similar position who is able to lead and motivate the team, ensuring that goals and objectives are set and achieved.

Duties will include identifying new opportunities for growth, creating strategic plans in order to grow their market share and improve upon the customer experience and supporting directors in achieving set targets.

You will be required to get to know your clients and ensure all information is updated to the company system, attending networking and marketing events to promote the business and be confident in providing consistent training and development to your team.
