We have an opportunity for a **Print Room Coordinator **to join our small but busy team. The chief responsibility of the **Print Room Coordinator**is to organise and deliver the needs of the internal printing activity across the Company

The post holder should have an excellent eye for detail, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring defined processes are followed
This is a post for someone with confidence and initiative as well as the maturity required to take responsibility and make decisions and be confident of your own abilities and potential.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the printing of high volumes of documents (for example invoices, customer communications, collections letters), both scheduled and ad hoc
- Fully understand the Key Performance Indicators in your area, and take responsibility for their delivery
- Manage and coordinate print room delivery, ensuring documents are printed to a high quality, and improve performance
- Ensure documents are posted on schedule, liaising and organizing with Royal Mail for collection and onward delivery
- Liaise with all areas of the business as required
- Ensure all company requirements with regards to the safety, quality and legality of documents are adhered to (including no data or GDPR breaches)
- Ongoing monitoring of performance of machinery and stock levels to maintain high performance standards
- Identify and monitor machine health to ensure product safety
**Key Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred e.g. print and mail room services
- An excellent eye for detail, ensuring customer documents meet the requirements of our internal operations
- Must be competent in excel and other Microsoft packages (outlook + word)
- Experience in operating printing and batching machinery would be welcomed, although training would be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring defined processes are followed
- Experience of managing customer information in line with GDPR is required
- Must maintain confidentiality with regard to all communications, letters sent etc
