**Office Accounts Administrator**

£22,000 - £27,000

Office based LS11 (on-site parking available)

Full time preferred, Part time could be considered (salary, pro-rata)

Hours: Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00 is preferred, however we can be flexible between 7am - 6pm for the right person.

**Company**:
A national Construction firm working across multiple industries including office fit-out, industrial and manufacturing works, school renovations and so on.

**Job Role**:

- Assisting the office with admin and general office duties including:

- Data Inputting of Invoices onto Sage
- Assisting in co-ordinating Vehicle Fleet servicing and maintenance
- Booking Accommodation for Site Staff
- Assisting with Co-ordinating and checking Plant on/off hire
- Answering Telephones
- General Office Duties

**Requirements**:

- SAGE experience
- Office / Accounts Admin experience within Construction / similar
- Experience speaking with customers on the phone
