**About Trison UK**:
Trison UK is an established digital signage agency, which has been operating since 1998. We provide our clients with a full end-to-end solution for digital signage, including providing hardware, installation, content design, video production, consultancy and ongoing technical support.
We are part of a large international group called TRISON - with offices based in Spain, France, Germany, China and around the world.
**The Role**:
You will be working as a Project Coordinator within the Project Team, reporting to the Operations Director. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, connecting the different elements and people within a project - from sales and costs, to technical implementation and design - and to act as the main point of contact for the client during the project delivery.
You will need to be proactive, very organised, have excellent written and personal communication skills, as well as be adaptable and able to work well with business challenges and deadlines.

Our offices are located in Ware, Hertfordshire and our standard hours are 9:00-17:30 (flexible hours/options will be considered).
**Main Duties**:
- Work with the Sales Team to provide pre-sales, ahead of project delivery
- Engage with clients to determine and manage project requirements
- Be responsible for multiple new and ongoing projects
- Work with, and write briefs for, the internal teams; sharing information and ensuring tasks are properly planned
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams for your projects
- Prepare project summaries and information - when required - for internal teams and clients
- Keep project records, diagrams, costs, technical details and folders up-to-date as necessary
- Keep track of costs, project budget, stock and other financial/asset management related to your projects
- Complete relevant health and safety documentation for projects
- Coordinate technical information for your projects, working with relevant internal technical teams
- Raise purchase orders and be responsible for project budget
- Keep the Operations Director and the relevant Client Manager informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
- Engage directly with clients proactively and in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude
- Identify, manage and resolve problems with your projects in a considered and competent manner
**About You**:
- Must be logical and organised
- Excellent spreadsheet skills (as a company we use Google Apps, however strong skills with Excel will be transferable)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - you will be engaging with clients and must be able to represent the high standards of our company
- Technically minded and/or able to understand general technical concepts and pick up new ones quickly
- A good problem solver, able to take on the various requirements from multiple people and condense down to a simple set of requirements/instructions
- Able to work efficiently, independently and alongside various other colleagues (Client Managers, Installation Engineers, Senior Management, Creative Team, etc.)
- Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills - you must be able to manage your workflow effectively
- As a bonus: Experience of digital signage, QSR operations, retail operations or similar business-to-business solutions
