**Location: Knightsbridge, London**

**Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 pa + bonus**

**Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Working from home on Friday**

You will be working as part of the team at a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc.
The company provides bespoke financial advice in a professional and innovative environment where the whole team share their skills and knowledge to deliver an unrivalled level of service to their clients.

**The Role: Administrator**

As an Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office, responsible for a diverse range of administrative tasks to support both your colleagues and our esteemed clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and collate essential data for reports and portfolio reviews
- Maintain the database of clients and manage diary schedules for the Partner and Advisors
- Compile detailed information for the Paraplanner to prepare cases for pre-approval
- Process new business and liaise effectively with SJP admin teams
- Receive comprehensive training and explore opportunities for growth within this exciting and fast-paced environment

To be considered for this role, you will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Proven work experience as an Administrator within a professional office environment (Financial Services experience is useful but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and quick thinking
- Effective time management, organization, and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Word
- Confidence in dealing with colleagues and third parties, demonstrating discretion at all times
