Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Bar Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. **Duties**:

- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including daily specials, to provide recommendations and answer customer questions
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety practices is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members

**Salary**: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
