**Role: Field Care Supervisor**
**Location: Sidcup**
**Salary: £25,000 p.a. plus additonal pay for On Call and potential bonus**
We are working with a small domiciliary care provider who have an established private customer base and an supportive office team.
Within this role you would be responsible for ensuring your customers and carers receive the best quality service. Care is provided within the customers home, as such you may be required to travel so a drivers licence and own transport is essential.
This role would suit someone with Field Care Supervisor/Care Coordinator experience or someone who has worked as a Senior Carer and wants to progress their career. Within this role you will supervise Carers out in the field, carry out spot checks and quality audits and support clients through the full care cycle from enquiry to providing care.
- Previous experience of working in homecare
- Strong communication skills
- To be a team player, with a flexible attitude and positive outlook
- Be able to pay strong attention to detail
- Have experience of supervising a small Team of Carers
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- To be able to think fast on your feet and make quick decisions
**As Care Supervisor you will be required to:

- Monitor quality of care via service reviews, care plans & medication auditing
- Arrange and complete client visits and assessments
- Undertake client and carer introductions and support visits
- Assist the Care Manager with day to day operation
- Respond and resolve customer queries
- Assist with inducting and supervising of new Carers to the organisation
- Develop strong working relationships with carers and clients
- Be part of the On-Call Team
