This is a fantastic opportunity to join Comparethemarket (Ctm) as an Optimisation Specialist. Reporting into our Lead Optimisation Manager, working in partnership with stakeholders across CTM and external resources when required, you’ll support the delivery of insight led optimisation activity and testing to ensure we deliver best in class experiences for customers. You’ll:

- Support in identifying, recommending and delivering customer experiences and product optimisations that drive our strategy, product propositions, commercial performance and brand equity
- Use research, insight & analysis to identify customer problems and inform product and customer experience optimisation, sharing insight with stakeholders
- Shape and deliver viable optimisation and CRO activity and tests that return statistically conclusive insight and outcomes
- Support the delivery of end-to-end delivery of digital experiments in your team/squad
- Work to ensure experiences adhere to UX, brand and regulatory requirements
- Drive customer-focussed outcomes that enable and drive the business strategy & objectives

**You’ll**:

- Have digital experience working within a cross functional teams
- Be an analytical thinker and have good knowledge of new technologies (digital analytics packages, website monitoring tools e.g. Adobe Target/ Adobe Analytics, AB/MVT testing & qualitative insight)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (including the ability to work with external agencies)
- Be people focussed, with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic. Passionate to deliver best in class
- Be innovative and demonstrates creativity
- Be quick to learn new skills, results driven, commercially astute and delivery focussed
