Within this role, you’ll work with our Producers, Brokers and Junior Brokers and help them pull information together for our clients.

**About the role**

On a daily basis you’ll pull information packs together to send to other offices, and check that the information you get back is accurate. You’ll review market security information on carriers, checking compliance and financial positions and produce data and statistics in support of the placement of a client’s reinsurance programme.

You’ll handle and resolve queries from clients and reinsurers so you’ll need to work effectively with various people both in and outside of Gallagher.

You’ll work with the Sales team including Junior Brokers, to make sure we deliver a great client service. You’ll make sure all information is present and accurate in files which are being sent, generate and issue evidence of cover, debit notes and closing instructions as well as review and interrogate reinsurance contracts to facilitate billing within agreed timescales.

You’ll also make sure that everything meets our policies and Client Excellence Model (CEM), that means
- Making sure contract records and workflow items are accurately maintained within the system.
- Ensuring compliance with Gallagher Re the placement process
- Producing contractual documentation to a high level and within timescales
- Maintaining files in an orderly manner electronically

**About you**

It would be nice if you already had experience and a CII qualification, But don’t worry if you don’t. You’ll have our complete support, and we’ll even fund the CII qualification for you if you don’t have it

You’ll be able to spot mistakes in documentation, build good working relationships and be able to plan your time to make sure everything gets done. You’ll be able to do this on your own, so you’ll also need to be able to use a PC and the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

**Essential requirements**:

- Educated to A-level standard
- Willingness to study or already achieved CII qualification
- The ability to take complicated information and communicate it, in writing, in person or over the phone, in a way anyone can clearly understand
- Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
- Eligible to work in the UK
