**Job Title: Senior E-Commerce Marketer**

**Salary**: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum

We are looking for a Senior E-Commerce Marketer to lead the creation and optimisation of a high-converting e-commerce site that replicates the exceptional experience of our in-person activities. This e-commerce channel is expected to contribute significantly to our global sales. Key Responsibilities:

- E-Commerce Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to create an exceptional user experience and achieve high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align the e-commerce strategy with overall business goals.
- Website Optimization:

- Lead the design, development, and continuous optimisation of the e-commerce site to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Utilise data-driven insights to improve website performance, including A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics.
- Performance Monitoring and KPIs:

- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website leads, e-commerce sales, website traffic, traffic-to-lead ratio, average engagement time, abandoned cart rate, abandoned cart recovery, and lead-to-demo conversion for virtual demos.
- Provide regular reports on performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Team Management:

- Manage and mentor a small team of developers and designers, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality output.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure that e-commerce initiatives are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- User Experience and Engagement:

- Create a seamless and engaging online shopping experience that mimics our in-person activities.
- Enhance user engagement through personalised and interactive features.
- Sales Growth:

- Drive e-commerce sales to ensure that the online channel contributes at least 1/3 of global sales.
- Implement strategies to reduce abandoned cart rates and improve abandoned cart recovery.
- Virtual Demos:

- Develop and optimise the process for virtual demos, ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to demo conversion.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to improve the lead-to-demo conversion rate.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in e-commerce marketing with a strong focus on website optimisation and sales growth.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-converting e-commerce sites and achieve significant online sales.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers and designers.
- Excellent understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
