**About the job**:
We are looking for an experienced Environmental Health Officer to join our busy Food and Safety Team. As well as the activities routinely undertaken by an EHO, you will act as lead EHO for a range of initiatives and enforcement activities including Approved Premises, Accident Investigations as well as supporting the work of the team.

Your role will involve an element of out of hours working. You will also be expected to take part in the Regulatory services Out of Hours Emergency Standby rota.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant Experience in Environmental Health professional duties
- Detailed knowledge of services and legislation, and statutory/legal responsibilities
- BSc/MSc Environmental Health
- 2 A levels or equivalent
- Be Registered with the Environmental Health Registration Board
