**The role**:

- We are looking for a **Business Development Manager** to represent our client and its products and services, in the Bathroom industry
- Responsibilities include prospect for new accounts, to manage and grow existing accounts and provide technical knowledge and support for our products and services.
- As a business development manager, you will take full responsibility for your own geographical area in this exciting & challenging role.
- You will have a proven record of success within a sales background.
- Ideally from a B2B or FMCG background and can demonstrate good commercial skills
- As a business development manager, technical skills such as discounting, negotiation, selling, forecasting and trade management systems will be key competencies in this role.
- Ability to listen, understand & respond to customers’ needs in a timely and organized manor.
- The role will involve cross functional team working therefore the ability to successfully develop and maintain relationships by adopting a collaborative working style is crucial.
- Overall, seeking a business development manager to deliver a hands on, solution-based approach to their diverse range of customers.
