**Finance Assistant**

**THE ROLE**:
Join us as our **Finance Assistant **within the Team

You will work as part of a high performing and established logistic and supply chain team working with existing and new large-scale well-known customer brands across growth and innovation opportunities.

**THE SALARY**:

**WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED**:
With Head Office in Leicestershire, this role will be office based, there maybe some flexibility to work remotely when necessary.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Reconciliation and input of invoices for designated clients.
- Raising sales invoices for customers
- Statement reconciliation and query resolution.
- Providing assistance and support to the Finance team.
- Liaise with external and internal personnel.
- General company administration.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL**:
Be a self-disciplined self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and/or remotely. You will have excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and react to change quickly and positively, you will also ideally have:

- Have experience in a similar role.
- Have a passion for finance with the ability to contribute to a positive culture throughout the business
- Experience in managing end to end finance processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop, maintain and enhance relationships with a variety of internal and external networks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Have strong influencing and negotiation skills.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
